Privacy before amenity
A private driveway matters more than a shared pool deck. We don't build gyms you'll never use — we build walls thick enough that you can't hear your neighbor.
About 8025 Complex
No. 01 — The Thesis
Miami has no shortage of glass towers. What it lacks is the kind of residence that feels like a house — private entry, private driveway, no shared hallway — at a density the city can actually support. 8025 Complex is our answer.
We built two two-story duplexes on a single NW 4th Avenue parcel in Little River. Each has its own address, its own gated approach, its own staircase to its own upstairs. You will never share an elevator with a stranger again — because there isn't one.
The Property
Shot from 400 feet up, you can see the whole thing at once: two matched structures, two matched driveways, two matched rooflines. The parcel was designed as a single composition, not a subdivided afterthought.
What we stand for
A private driveway matters more than a shared pool deck. We don't build gyms you'll never use — we build walls thick enough that you can't hear your neighbor.
Two Tesla Wall Connectors per driveway, hard-wired at 48 amps, with J1772 adapters included. Retrofitting EV is expensive. Building for it is not.
Wide-plank floors, real stone counters, impact glass on every opening. Nothing laminate, nothing thin, nothing we'd be embarrassed to touch up close.
Development Team
8025 Complex is developed and managed by the same group that holds title. We lease directly, we maintain directly, and we answer the phone ourselves when something breaks. No absentee ownership, no offshore LLC chain, no property manager three layers removed from the building.
When you lease here, you lease from the people who built it.
Private tours run Tuesday through Saturday. Typically 45 minutes, including the driveway walkthrough. Or request a video walkthrough from anywhere.
