Yes. Two duplex residences on a single NW 4th Avenue parcel. No third unit, no expansion planned. When both are leased, the property is full.

What are the lease terms?

Standard 12-month leases with 24- and 36-month options available at a reduced rate. First, last, and one month security at signing.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — up to two pets per residence, no weight limit. $500 non-refundable pet fee and $50/mo pet rent per animal.

Is parking really included?

Yes. Each residence has its own private driveway. No monthly parking fee.

Who pays for EV charging electricity?

The Tesla Wall Connectors are on your residence meter, so electricity is billed as part of your normal FPL account. No markup.
